- You agree to not post content that is hateful to a person or a group of persons.
- You agree to not engage in dishonest practices, such as 'bait and switch'.

suspension, no fees for services will be refunded. If necessary,

- In order to keep ModelersSwapmeet an inexpensive, safe and fun place to trade we suggest
the following practices:
- No penalties for late pay; this is what user ratings are for.
- Shipping costs should be posted in advance. Please use the USPS, UPS or FEDEX.
Each of these shippers has web pages to help you calculate the actual shipping costs.
- Handling charges should be kept to a minimum; remember the person buying your item
does not want to pay the cost twice just in handling.
- Think about how you would like to be treated "fairly" and this site will be a success
- We reserve the right to remove old content you have posted to the site after a
reasonable period of time.
- This site is protected to the fullest extent by copyright.
- You agree to use the site on an 'as is' basis. ModelersSwapmeet shall not be
